Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 64.98g | Carb: 143.50g.   Breakfast:  Detox Shake, Frozen Peaches, Gluten Free Crackers, Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese. Lunch:  Avocados, New Orleans Style Spanish Rice, Romaine Lettuce, Spicy Chili Pork Sausage. Dinner:  1% Fat Milk, Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix.
