Fat: 83.87g | Prot: 140.70g | Carb: 282.40g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Pita Bread, Provolone Cheese, Sugar. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Yellowfin Tuna (Fish). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Carrots, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Avocados, Chocolate Chip Muffin, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Hulled Pumpkin and/or Squash Seeds, Milk Arrowroot Biscuits, Saltine Crackers, Watermelon.
