Fat: 137.40g | Prot: 108.10g | Carb: 76.11g.   Breakfast:  benefiber, coconut oil, heavy whipping cream, spinach, trader joe's coconut milk, vpx protein powder. Lunch:  coconut oil, green olives, sauerkraut, venison. Dinner:  chicken breast, mashed sweet potatoes. Snacks/Other:  trail mix.
