Fat: 39.18g | Prot: 97.54g | Carb: 214.37g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal cookie, Peppermint Mocha (Grande). Lunch:  cherry tomato, pear, spring greens mix, wildtree spinach lasagna. Dinner:  brocolli, lima beans, pork tenderloin. Snacks/Other:  Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Muscle Milk Strawberries 'N Creme (Cytosport ).
