Fat: 50.29g | Prot: 113.88g | Carb: 191.27g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Craisins, Ground Flax Seed, Oatmeal. Lunch:  CE Beef and Pepper Stir Fry, pork egg roll. Dinner:  boneless skinless chicken thigh, broccoli, red potato, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Builder's Bar - Chocolate Mint, Muscle Milk Strawberries 'N Creme (Cytosport ), Water.
