Fat: 55.76g | Prot: 40.49g | Carb: 168.74g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Craisins, Ground Flax Seed, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Low Fat Sesame Ginger, Singapore Street Noodles, Very Veggie Salad. Dinner:  baby carrots, celery, chips, cucumbers, hummus, ritz crackers, sharp cheddar, spinach dip, wine. Snacks/Other:  cookie, diet Dr. Pepper, Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, saltine crackers, Water.
