Fat: 12.13g | Prot: 42.40g | Carb: 106.58g.   Breakfast:  green mountain coffee breakfast blend , silk pure almond unsweetened, truvia sweetener, bushs best reduced sodium dark red kidney beans, extra virgin olive oil, egg whites, avocado. Lunch:  unsweetened apple sauce, STARKIST CHUNK LIGHT TUNA. Dinner:  quaker oats 100% natural whole grain old fashioned. Snacks/Other:  granny smith apple.
