Fat: 12.13g | Prot: 42.40g | Carb: 106.58g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, avocado, bushs best reduced sodium dark red kidney beans, extra virgin olive oil, green mountain coffee breakfast blend , silk pure almond unsweetened, truvia sweetener. Lunch:  STARKIST CHUNK LIGHT TUNA, unsweetened apple sauce. Dinner:  quaker oats 100% natural whole grain old fashioned. Snacks/Other:  granny smith apple.
