Fat: 50.41g | Prot: 106.80g | Carb: 250.42g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze, peach slices, Quick or Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Beef Stew, celery, MyCeasar w/Celery Crutons (2Veg, 1Fat). Dinner:  MyChicken Thighs (boneless/Skinless), MyRice Bistro Express, Western Family Canned Peaches and Cream Corn. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Bisquick Strawberry Shortcake, Cup-A-Soup, Detour Original Whey Protein Bar - Caramel Peanut, Effer-C (Now Foods), MyAlmonds (7 1F) , sliced peaches.
