Fat: 52.51g | Prot: 110.38g | Carb: 128.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Lactaid, Shakeology. Lunch:  balsamic vinegar, Boiled Egg, chick peas, Chicken, cucumber, kidney beans, orange, Red Onions, spinach. Dinner:  brown rice, chicken, green beans. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, lara bar.
