Fat: 60.04g | Prot: 64.43g | Carb: 148.93g.   Breakfast:  Egg, 1% Fat Milk, Fancy Blend Shredded Cheese, Veggie Blend. Lunch:  Natural Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Vegetarian Baked Beans, Tangerine, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Dinner:  Steakhouse Classic Tri Tip - Beef Bottom Sirloin, Barbecue Potato Chips, Medium Salsa, French Rolls, Lettuce, Italian Salad Dressing, Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Skinny Vanilla Latte (Tall), Simply Naked Pita Chips, Roasted Pine Nut Hummus, Honey.
