Fat: 60.04g | Prot: 64.43g | Carb: 148.93g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Egg, Fancy Blend Shredded Cheese, Veggie Blend. Lunch:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Natural Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Tangerine, Vegetarian Baked Beans. Dinner:  Barbecue Potato Chips, Croutons, French Rolls, Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce, Medium Salsa, Steakhouse Classic Tri Tip - Beef Bottom Sirloin. Snacks/Other:  Honey, Roasted Pine Nut Hummus, Simply Naked Pita Chips, Skinny Vanilla Latte (Tall).
