Fat: 139.60g | Prot: 96.97g | Carb: 140.02g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Butter, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer, Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt, Nectresse Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, Raisin Bread, Wendy's Hot Tea. Lunch:  Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Great Value Cashew Halves and Pieces, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Apples, Chicken or Turkey Salad. Snacks/Other:  Bon Appetit Cream Cheese Cake, Metamucil Fiber Capsules, Nature Made Organic Flaxseed Oil.
