Fat: 88.55g | Prot: 65.76g | Carb: 215.92g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), DaVinci Banana Sugar Free Syrup, Light Cream, Nectresse Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Toufayan Bakeries Low Carb Low Fat Wraps. Dinner:  Bush's Best Country Style Baked Beans, Corn, Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Blue Bell Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, Metamucil Fiber Capsules, Nature Made Organic Flaxseed Oil.
