Fat: 88.55g | Prot: 65.76g | Carb: 215.92g.   Breakfast:  Nectresse Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, Light Cream, DaVinci Banana Sugar Free Syrup, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Dill Cucumber Pickles, Cheddar Cheese, Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Toufayan Bakeries Low Carb Low Fat Wraps. Dinner:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread on Bun, Corn, Bush's Best Country Style Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  Blue Bell Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, Metamucil Fiber Capsules, Nature Made Organic Flaxseed Oil.
