Fat: 156.83g | Prot: 124.37g | Carb: 145.62g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Fried Egg, Light Cream, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, tea, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  chicken helper, mashed potatoes, roast beef, scrapple. Snacks/Other:  Banana bread, Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, peanut butter.
