Fat: 156.83g | Prot: 124.37g | Carb: 145.62g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  chicken helper, mashed potatoes, roast beef, scrapple. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Banana bread, peanut butter.
