Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner: chicken helper, mashed potatoes, roast beef, scrapple. Snacks/Other: Banana bread, Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, peanut butter.
