Fat: 113.73g | Prot: 138.72g | Carb: 260.21g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Fried Egg, Light Cream, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, tea, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  coco bread, jamaca cabbage, jerk chicken, plain chicken salad, rice and beans. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Fiber Capsules, Lager, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Original Spiced Rum.
