Fat: 68.13g | Prot: 55.82g | Carb: 105.94g.   Breakfast:  Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, American Cheese, Fried Egg, Light Cream, apple chicken sausage, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), davinci vanilla sugar free. Dinner:  italian sub, wings, broccoi bite, mini cupcake, chocolate cake. Snacks/Other:  Original Spiced Rum, Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Organic Flaxseed Oil, Fiber Capsules, Lager.
