Fat: 68.13g | Prot: 55.82g | Carb: 105.94g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, apple chicken sausage, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), davinci vanilla sugar free, Fried Egg, Light Cream, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Dinner:  broccoi bite, chocolate cake, italian sub, mini cupcake, wings. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Fiber Capsules, Lager, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Original Spiced Rum.
