Fat: 65.84g | Prot: 84.21g | Carb: 63.30g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  nachos, boneless wings, chicken breast salad. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Original Spiced Rum, light beer.
