Fat: 69.71g | Prot: 56.26g | Carb: 50.09g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  onions and peppers, Organic Chicken & Apple Sausage, Mild Italian Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil.
