Fat: 94.02g | Prot: 87.27g | Carb: 187.46g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  ginger salad, mizo soup, tuna roll, sushi, pizza. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Original Spiced Rum.
