Fat: 108.99g | Prot: 67.09g | Carb: 210.24g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Fried Egg, Light Cream, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener, tea, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  kellogs waffles, onion and peppers, Organic Chicken & Apple Sausage, perogies, sour cream. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Mudslide, Organic Flaxseed Oil.
