Fat: 108.99g | Prot: 67.09g | Carb: 210.24g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, fresh spinach, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  perogies, onion and peppers, Organic Chicken & Apple Sausage, sour cream, kellogs waffles. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Mudslide.
