Fat: 125.63g | Prot: 154.27g | Carb: 238.29g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, Fried Egg, American Cheese, davinci vanilla sugar free, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sausage Link, chocolate chip pancakes, Syrup. Dinner:  steak, lamb, chicken, bananas, polenta, cheese rolls, garlic mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Original Spiced Rum, Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Lager.
