Fat: 117.84g | Prot: 83.07g | Carb: 108.13g.   Breakfast:  Light Cream, tea, Fried Egg, Thick & Chunky Salsa - Mild, American Cheese, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Carb Balance Flour Tortillas. Dinner:  mixed vegetables, Boneless skinless chicken thigh. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Capsules, Organic Flaxseed Oil, hint of lime chips, salsa, cream cheese, cheddar cheese.
