Lunch:  Carb Balance Flour Tortillas, Cheddar Cheese, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Dinner:  Boneless skinless chicken thigh, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Fiber Capsules, hint of lime chips, Organic Flaxseed Oil, salsa.
