Fat: 39.29g | Prot: 163.92g | Carb: 77.73g.   Breakfast:  Pea Protein Chocolate, fresh spinach, Cinnamon apple tea. Lunch:  Vanilla Protein Powder, Kelp Noodles, Spicy Peanut Sauce, Korean Eggplant side dish (gaji namul). Dinner:  Prime Fillet Atlantic Salmon, Korean Yellow Pickled Radish side dish (danmuji muchim), cage free eggs, onion, Raw protein chocolate cacao. Snacks/Other:  Apricot kernals, roasted seaweed.
