Fat: 41.48g | Prot: 182.76g | Carb: 148.38g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon , Gluten Free Quick Cooking Oats, Pea Protein Chocolate, Vanilla Protein Powder. Lunch:  pea protein, seaweed salad. Dinner:  Prime Fillet Atlantic Salmon, Raw protein chocolate cacao. Snacks/Other:  Apricot kernals, Red Bean Mochi, roasted seaweed.
