Fat: 33.43g | Prot: 104.47g | Carb: 249.34g.   Breakfast:  Grapes, Coffee, Egg Beaters - Original, Apples , Bananas , Pears , Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Celery , Baby Carrots , Light Chicken Vegetable Rotini Soup. Dinner:  Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce, Sweet Potato , Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Sweet Peas, Tortilla Crusted Tilapia. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Wafers, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding.
