Fat: 33.43g | Prot: 104.47g | Carb: 249.34g.   Breakfast:  Apples , Bananas , Coffee, Egg Beaters - Original, Grapes, Pears , Sugar Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Celery , Light Chicken Vegetable Rotini Soup, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt. Dinner:  Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Sweet Peas, Sweet Potato , Tortilla Crusted Tilapia, Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla Wafers.
