Fat: 54.43g | Prot: 111.75g | Carb: 109.27g.   Breakfast:  eggs, extra lean ham kirkland, spinach, strawberries. Lunch:  cottage cheese, garden salad, protein shake. Dinner:  papa murphys delite. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, quaker cinnamon pecan bread, quaker granola oats, yogurt low fat.
