Fat: 73.89g | Prot: 91.41g | Carb: 197.78g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe Melons, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Deli Thin Sliced Honey Ham, Orange Juice, Phil's Fresh Hormone Free Eggs. No drugs or antibiotics, Shredded Cheese, Sugar, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Fresh Market Calzone, Miso. Dinner:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Mahi Mahi, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Pickled Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Quinoa. Snacks/Other:  Club Crackers Minis, Mint Truffle Dark Chocolate Kisses, Pepper Jack Cheese, Roasted Peanuts & Honey Creamy Peanut Butter, Tap Water, Value Wheat Bread.
