Fat: 77.94g | Prot: 84.67g | Carb: 161.08g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Peaches and Cream, Egg Substitute (Liquid), Organic Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Bananas. Lunch:  Skinless Beef Franks, Hot Dog Bun. Dinner:  Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, Ground Chuck 80/20, Cut Green Beans. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apple (Large), Almonds, Wasabi & Soy Sauce.
