Fat: 77.94g | Prot: 84.67g | Carb: 161.08g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Bananas, Egg Substitute (Liquid), Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Peaches and Cream, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Organic Golden Flax Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed. Lunch:  Hot Dog Bun, Skinless Beef Franks. Dinner:  Cut Green Beans, Ground Chuck 80/20, Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Wasabi & Soy Sauce, Red Delicious Apple (Large).
