Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 84.38g | Carb: 136.16g.   Breakfast:  Trop 50, mixed frozen berries, Vega all in one. Lunch:  Tim hortons snack wrap, Apple, Kirkland almonds. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Spring mix salad, Bocconcini, Garlic cheese bread. Snacks/Other:  Mixed berries, Starbuck's.
