Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 84.38g | Carb: 136.16g.   Breakfast:  mixed frozen berries, Trop 50, Vega all in one. Lunch:  Apple, Kirkland almonds, Tim hortons snack wrap. Dinner:  Bocconcini, Chicken breast, Garlic cheese bread, Spring mix salad. Snacks/Other:  Mixed berries, Starbuck's.
