Fat: 37.81g | Prot: 83.88g | Carb: 126.47g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Egg whites, Mary's crackers, mixed frozen berries, Trop 50, Vega all in one. Lunch:  Brown rice tortilla, Carrot, Celery, Flaked light tuna in water, Hummus. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Spinach salad. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, Kirkland Walnuts.
