Fat: 43.71g | Prot: 79.42g | Carb: 138.20g.   Breakfast:  mixed frozen berries, Trop 50, Vega Smoothie Infusion. Lunch:  Bok choy, Eggs, Ezekiel whole grain tortillas, Goat cheese, Naturegg simply Egg whites. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Quinoa, Rapini. Snacks/Other:  Apple, cucumber, Hummus, Kirkland Walnuts, Mixed berries.
