Fat: 43.71g | Prot: 79.42g | Carb: 138.20g.   Breakfast:  Trop 50, Vega Smoothie Infusion, mixed frozen berries. Lunch:  Ezekiel whole grain tortillas, Eggs, Bok choy, Naturegg simply Egg whites, Goat cheese. Dinner:  Chicken breast, Rapini, Quinoa. Snacks/Other:  Kirkland Walnuts, Mixed berries, Hummus, cucumber, Apple.
