Fat: 42.41g | Prot: 71.60g | Carb: 102.20g.   Breakfast:  Trop 50, Vega Smoothie Infusion, mixed frozen berries. Lunch:  Chicken breast, Swiss chard, Quinoa. Dinner:  Swiss chard, Sea bass. Snacks/Other:  Kirkland Walnuts, Mixed berries, Oat csters & love, Silk almond milk.
