Lunch:  Cooked Shrimp, 100% Fat Free Chicken Broth (33% Less Sodium), Avocados, Cabbage, Broccoli. Dinner:  Shredded Part-skim Milk Mozzarella, Premium Natural Hickory Smoked Ham, Italian Style Bread Crumbs, Chicken Breast, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten), red wine. Snacks/Other:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Red Sour Cherries, Whole Almonds (Member's Mark), Chunky Peanut Butter, Metamucil Orange flavored.
