Lunch:  100% Fat Free Chicken Broth (33% Less Sodium), Avocados, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cooked Shrimp. Dinner:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten), Chicken Breast, Italian Style Bread Crumbs, Premium Natural Hickory Smoked Ham, red wine, Shredded Part-skim Milk Mozzarella. Snacks/Other:  Chunky Peanut Butter, Metamucil Orange flavored, Red Sour Cherries, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Whole Almonds (Member's Mark).
