Lunch:  Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, Portabella Mushrooms, Spring Mix, Water. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Skinless (Coating Eaten), Green Beans, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Meat or Poultry Gravy (Low Sodium). Snacks/Other:  Entenmanns Chocolate Frosted Donuts, Grapefruit.
