Fat: 70.74g | Prot: 61.49g | Carb: 100.25g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Water, Original English Muffins, Fried Egg (1), Sweet Italian Links Sausage. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Water, Spring Mix, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Portabella Mushrooms, Part Skim Ricotta Cheese. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Skinless (Coating Eaten), Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Green Beans, Meat or Poultry Gravy (Low Sodium). Snacks/Other:  Entenmanns Chocolate Frosted Donuts, Grapefruit.
