Fat: 79.79g | Prot: 57.46g | Carb: 158.71g.   Breakfast:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Stevia Extract, Black Tea Bags, Toasted Cinnamon Crisp, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Chicken Nuggets, Sweet Potato Fries, Diet Pepsi (Can), Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Italian Sausage, Baby Spinach, Petite Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Sweet Red Peppers, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Pesto Parmesan Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose) , Lg Steeped Tea, Tim Horton's Milk for Large Tea, Virgin Coconut Oil, Milled Flax Seed, Original Unsweetened, Yogourt, Mixed Berries, Presidents choice mango chunks.
