Fat: 71.98g | Prot: 96.33g | Carb: 295.53g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee (Espresso Brewed, Decaffeinated) , Mole Verde (Sauce), Queso Panela, Scrambled Egg, simply apple, Texas Toast. Lunch:  Apples, cucumber, lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Southwestern Vegetable Soup Amy's . Dinner:  Lasagna, lettuce, pirouette, rice noodles, texas toast. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Chobani plain.
