Fat: 71.98g | Prot: 96.33g | Carb: 295.53g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Coffee (Espresso Brewed, Decaffeinated) , Scrambled Egg, Texas Toast, Queso Panela, Mole Verde (Sauce), simply apple. Lunch:  Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Apples, lettuce, Southwestern Vegetable Soup Amy's , cucumber. Dinner:  Lasagna, lettuce, pirouette, texas toast, rice noodles. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Apples, Chobani plain.
