Fat: 73.44g | Prot: 115.38g | Carb: 222.40g.   Breakfast:  Porridge, Rocket, Sashimi. Lunch:  Beans, Chicken, Chicken soup, Feta, Lettuce, Milk tray , Mustard, Red peppers, Rich tea, Satsuma, Spring roll, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Onion, Peppers, Salmon fillet, Sweet potato, Tomato paste.
