Fat: 59.13g | Prot: 85.80g | Carb: 262.59g.   Breakfast:  100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Flax Seeds, Old Fashioned Oats, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Raisins (Seedless), Wheat Germ. Lunch:  Clif Bar Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Fresh Ham, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Market Basket Light Nonfat Yort - Blueberry, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg).
