Lunch:  100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Broccoli, Meat Loaf Made with Beef, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Market Basket Light Nonfat Yogurt - Strawberry, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg).
