Fat: 174.13g | Prot: 170.02g | Carb: 349.13g.   Breakfast:  Flax Seeds, Old Fashioned Oats, Raisins (Seedless), Wheat Germ, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus. Lunch:  Corned Beef, Carrot, Cabbage, Turnip. Dinner:  Pot Roast Melt , Sourdough Bacon Burger Melt with French Fries, 90 minute. Snacks/Other:  Harpoon IPA, Bud Light.
