Lunch:  Apple, 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus. Dinner:  Potato, Snap Peas, Ground Beef. Snacks/Other:  Oil Popped White Popcorn, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Light Nonfat Yogurt - Cherry, Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
