Fat: 65.98g | Prot: 128.97g | Carb: 206.87g.   Breakfast:  100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Flax Seeds, Old Fashioned Oats, Omega 3 Fish Oil (1000 mg), Raisins (Seedless), Wheat Germ. Lunch:  Clif Bar - White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Market Basket FF Yogurt, Lemon. Dinner:  Beef steak, Carrots, Potato. Snacks/Other:  Oil Popped White Popcorn, Pinot Noir.
