Fat: 49.68g | Prot: 84.68g | Carb: 235.78g.   Breakfast:  Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bar Dark Chocolate Almond, Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  eggs, soy sauce, sugar, short grain white rice, mirin. Dinner:  pork chop, naan bread, rice. Snacks/Other:  cheddar cheese, grapes.
