Dinner:  Beef Chuck Flat Iron Steak, Eggplant, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, Navels Oranges, Orange Soda, Red Velvet Frozen Yogurt, Yogurt Covered Pretzel.
