Fat: 79.25g | Prot: 126.73g | Carb: 299.29g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 1% Fat Milk, General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch:  American Cheese, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Vlasic Bread & Butter Chips, Jennie-O Turkey Burger Patties, Thomas' Hearty Light Multi-Grain English Muffins, Knorr Pasta Sides - Cheddar Broccoli, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Dinner:  Perdue Original Chicken Breast Cutlets, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Boar's Head Prosciutto Di Parma, Rice-A-Roni Rice Pilaf. Snacks/Other:  Heineken Light Beer, Coors Blue Moon Beer.
