Fat: 69.05g | Prot: 85.72g | Carb: 274.15g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. Lunch:  Smart Ones Smart Creations Chicken Fettucini. Dinner:  Chicken of the Sea Solid Light Tuna, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pasta Roni Shells and White Cheddar. Snacks/Other:  Keebler Toast & Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, Kellogg's FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - peanut (Kellogg's), Nestle Dark Chocolate Raisinets.
