Fat: 97.03g | Prot: 112.51g | Carb: 446.41g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, bialy, Butter (Salted) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Maple Syrup , Nutri-Grain Blueberry Waffles. Lunch:  beef meatballs, chicken parmesan, coca-cola classis, italian bread, spaghetti white clam sauce. Dinner:  italian wedding soup, pizza. Snacks/Other:  apple juice tropican, Chocolate Chip Cake, triscuit reduced fat.
