Fat: 76.22g | Prot: 112.39g | Carb: 316.40g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , lower sugar apples and cinnamon quaker. Lunch:  Smart Creations Chicken Fettucini. Dinner:  beef meatballs, broccoli raab, Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, italian bread, Mezze Penne, premio sweet sausage, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, chocolate chip cake, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , fiberplus chewy bars - nutty delights, Nice Tropical Mix ( dried apricots, pineapple, coconut & papaya), nutri-grain blueberry.
