Fat: 76.22g | Prot: 112.39g | Carb: 316.40g.   Breakfast:  lower sugar apples and cinnamon quaker, 1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch:  Smart Creations Chicken Fettucini. Dinner:  Mezze Penne, Tomato Sauce, Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, beef meatballs, premio sweet sausage, italian bread, broccoli raab. Snacks/Other:  Nice Tropical Mix ( dried apricots, pineapple, coconut & papaya), fiberplus chewy bars - nutty delights, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , 1% Fat Milk, nutri-grain blueberry, chocolate chip cake.
