Fat: 59.45g | Prot: 112.75g | Carb: 341.97g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , 1% Fat Milk, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Apple Cinnamon, GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal. Lunch:  Virginia Brand Ham, Swiss Cheese, Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread. Dinner:  martin's hamburger rolls, heinz tomato ketchup, perdue turkey patties, light american cheese, kraft macaroni and cheese. Snacks/Other:  FiberPlus Chewy Bars - Nutty Delights, dove hot chocolate, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Blueberry, Yogurt Pretzels, Creme Sandwiches, G2 Perform 02 - Orange.
