Fat: 123.99g | Prot: 145.19g | Carb: 429.64g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , light butter land o'lakes, mozzarella part-skim, nature's promise whole wheat brad, scrambled eggs, thomas whole wheat bagel. Lunch:  American Cheese, Chocolate Puddings, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Everyday Turkey Burgers, Select Hamburger Roll, Tomato Ketchup. Dinner:  Beef Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana (Lunch), Fresh Mozzarella, Italian Bread, Penne Pasta, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), special k chocolate chip, Star Brites Butterscotch Disks, Strawberries.
