Fat: 123.99g | Prot: 145.19g | Carb: 429.64g.   Breakfast:  light butter land o'lakes, thomas whole wheat bagel, mozzarella part-skim, scrambled eggs, 1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , nature's promise whole wheat brad. Lunch:  Everyday Turkey Burgers, American Cheese, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Tomato Ketchup, Chocolate Puddings, Select Hamburger Roll. Dinner:  Penne Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Italian Bread, Fresh Mozzarella, Beef Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana (Lunch). Snacks/Other:  Star Brites Butterscotch Disks, special k chocolate chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Strawberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds).
