Fat: 91.39g | Prot: 132.33g | Carb: 485.47g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coffee, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Harvest Multigrain Bread, Light American Cheese, Light Butter, pancake, Tomato Ketchup. Lunch:  Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken. Dinner:  Beef Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana (Lunch), Fresh Mozzarella, Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, Italian Bread, Penne, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Slices. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Dried Mixed Fruit, G2 Low Calorie Electrolyte Orange Beverage, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips.
