Fat: 91.39g | Prot: 132.33g | Carb: 485.47g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Light American Cheese, Tomato Ketchup, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Coffee, 1% Fat Milk, Light Butter, Harvest Multigrain Bread, pancake. Lunch:  Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken. Dinner:  Italian Bread, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato Slices, Penne, Tomato Sauce, Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese, Beef Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana (Lunch). Snacks/Other:  Dried Mixed Fruit, G2 Low Calorie Electrolyte Orange Beverage, Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1% Fat Milk, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips.
